If you are suffering from chronic or acute joint pain, this form of massage penetrates to the connective tissue of your muscle where it starts. Firm pressure helps to untangle the deeply rooted knots in your body. Please mention specific problem areas to your massage therapist before your treatment.
Signature Escape Massage (60/90 min)
Escape your daily stress without lifting a finger. Free your body and soul with this gentle massage that uses warm fragrance-free massage oil/cream to focus on individual muscle relaxation. Let your body melt into the table as aromatherapy fills the air of our softly lit room.
Shiatsu Massage (75 min)
Shiatsu massage therapy and acupuncture are founded on the Chinese meridian system. Shiatsu technique refers to the use of fingers and palm of one's hand to apply pressure to particular sections on the surface of the body for the purpose of correcting the imbalances of the body, and for maintaining and promoting health. It is also a method contributing to the healing of specific illnesses. Gentle stretches to alleviate joint pain are also incorporated within this massage. (Wear comfortable and loose fitting clothing to your treatment.)

Energize Fitness Massage (60 min)
Our trained massage therapist will use slow deep pressure along the muscle, techniques that are preventative against injuries and promote better mobilization of the body. Pressure point massage help to restore function to aching joints. This method of massage is most beneficial to prepare for and recover from physical activity. You will feel completely subdued by relaxation during your treatment, but after you will feel energized and athletically inclined!
Aching To Get Back To Harmony Massage (45/60 min)
Put your muscles back into harmony with our customizable back massage. If you want a massage, but your back is the only thing aching, than why not treat yourself to our luxurious massage that will concentrate specifically on your back. Let your therapist know where the tension is so that they can alleviate it right away!
Reflexology Foot Treatment (45/60 min)
Based on the ancient belief that each organ in the body corresponds to a reflex point in the foot, our therapist uses thumb and finger pressure point massage to release blockages and re-establish the body's energy flow.

Since ancient times, body scrubs and wraps were used as a method of body exfoliation, skin firming, and detoxification.
Dry Body Polish (45 min)
Give dry, dull skin the brush off with our body polish treatment. Enjoy relaxing music in a dimly lit room under warm cozy blankets as the therapist gently massages you with our dry body buffer from head-to-toe. The massage motions stimulate lymphatic drainage and increase circulation as dead skin cells are brushed away. Afterwards, a warm, nourishing body cream is applied for a luxurious silky finished look. Salt Scrub (60 min)
Experience the benefits of the dead sea without ever leaving NYC. Our salt scrub formula is gentle, but gets the work done on dry skin. Concentrate on deep breaths filled with therapeutic aromatherapy. Reach a meditative state as you let the therapist get to all the hard to reach spaces such as your back, which we all know, can be a pain to do alone in the shower. After a jet shower, a warm application of rich body cream is the finishing touch.
Mediterranean Mud Body Wrap (60 min)
Had a crazy night on the town? Good thing that the natural ability or the most active ingredient, seaweed, will detoxify the body, drawing out impurities as it hardens, while enzymatic exfoliation rapidly turns over dead skin cells. The clay masque formula is rich in botanicals, which is not only beautifying the complexion of your skin, but will also fill the room with a garden of aromatherapy. After a jet shower, a light application of warm body cream is the perfect ending to a perfect treatment.

Escape the City Facial (60 min)
This facial is for dehydrated, environmentally damaged, inflamed or sensitized skin types. Living in the city is not exactly the place for someone with one of those skin conditions. That is why we developed a special facial for those who need a hydrating, soothing, and clarifying facial. It will wipe the city smog off your face, leaving your skin more radiant than ever!
Escape the Biological Clock Facial (60 min)
This anti-aging facial will include everything that your skin type needs to reverse the signs of aging. We will use our high tech facial equipment to insure maximum results and deeper product penetration. This facial is a drink of water for dehydrated skin, increasing the elastin for thinning skin. Skin firming massage boosts collagen production for sagging skin. Escape aging and stay younger longer.
Sweet Sixteen Facial (60 min)
You don't have to be sixteen to enjoy this facial. Any teenager can benefit from a monthly facial to improve hygiene. Sometimes breakouts are caused by a change in hormones or just too much sweaty volley ball practice. We can target the cause of this problem and develop a plan to help your teen look great, and be confident in their own skin.
Men's Clinical Facial (60 min)
You don't have to be a metro-sexual to enjoy the same luxuries as women! Getting a basic facial is strictly hygienic, which is important for the skin's health. Men's pores are much larger than a women's. Therefore men tend to produce much more oil on a daily basis, which means pores become clogged and enlarged over time. The skin is your body's largest organ and first line of defense. If getting a dental cleaning seems worth it to you, why wouldn't a facial cleaning be too? This facial is designed to alleviate shaving irritation and unclog dirty pores. (Please shave 6-8 hours prior to your facial.)
Medicated Acne Facial (80 min)
A thorough cleansing and deep exfoliation are only two steps of this multi-faceted facial. Medical grade skin care ingredients penetrate to the deeper layer of the skin, where acne starts. The therapist then gives a pressure point massage, which drains acne-causing toxins from the skin. A hydrating masque is applied to soothe the skin. This facial is also known to help calm the skin and reduce scarring.
Oxygenating Facial (80 min)
This facial begins with a gentle microdermabrasion, which removes the dead outermost layer of the skin so that penetration of products used during the facial maximize. The skin is brought back to hydration, collagen is boosted, anti-oxidants draw out impurities, and light extractions are then performed. This is the perfect facial for congested and premature aging skin type. The skin is left completely renewed and glowing with perfection.
